Summary of ZmDB Project

ZmDB was a repository and analysis tool for sequence data and other data generated in the Maize Gene Discovery Project (1998, PI: Virginia Walbot).

You can find out about the sequence data available here. Sequence tools are also available, including BLAST.

All data from the Maize Gene Discovery Project are now made available through MaizeGDB. See also the Mu Transposon Information Resource, which is a comprehensive resource for the Mu research community.
